El año 2020 ya ha terminado, fue un año complicado para todos, especialmente las empresas como los restaurantes que tuvieron que cerrar sus puertas o sólo poder ofrecer sus productos para entregar a domicilio.

Durante este 2021 se afianzará la implementación de las nuevas tecnologías. Estas ya no serán una alternativa que se puede o no tomar, sino una necesidad real ya que los clientes piden cada vez con mayor regularidad que sus comidas favoritas estén disponibles desde la comodidad de su teléfono cuando ellos quieran.

El crecimiento de la tecnología en el sector restaurantero

Durante el 2020 las aplicaciones de delivery tuvieron un crecimiento sin precedentes, según la Asociación Mexicana de Venta Online durante la fase 3 de la pandemia, 5 de cada 10 consumidores prefirieron el uso de este tipo de apps.

El uso de las apps de delivery no fue lo único que creció, también ha crecido el uso del software punto de venta que puede potencializar el control y la producción de tu restaurante.

Tener una terminal punto de venta ayuda a registrar las ventas realizadas durante el día, semana, incluso el mes, así como la hora en la que se realizó la venta y los productos que se vendieron.
